Alex Willshere

Alex Willshere currently holds the position of Director of Performance, Learning & Development at Oyster since July 2024. Previously, Alex served as Group Director of Talent, People & Performance at Trinnovo Group from November 2019 to July 2024, overseeing a comprehensive people strategy and the Group Talent function. Alex has extensive experience in talent acquisition, human resources, and learning and development, having successfully implemented programs that improved performance metrics across various teams. Noteworthy achievements include leading bespoke training initiatives that enhanced profitability and client engagement within multiple roles at Trinnovo. Prior positions include Practice Lead at Third Republic and Managing Consultant at First Point Group. Alex holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing from Sheffield Hallam University and has completed A-Level studies at Colchester Sixth Form College.
