Anisha Patel

Anisha joined Trinnovo Group (which BioTalent is part of) in December 2022 and is now the CFO. She controls the finance function and is focused on providing the required infrastructure to keep pace with the group’s rapid growth trajectory.

Anisha has over ten years of private equity-backed experience and is highly motivated to excel in a fast-paced environment. Anisha previously spent eight years at the UK’s largest Healthcare Staffing business (Acacium Group), where she saw revenue grow from £450m operating in three countries, to over £2bn with operations across thirteen countries. As Group Reporting Director, she played an integral part in their organic and acquisitive growth strategy.
