Dixie Rowley is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Trinnovo Group, a fast-growth, international recruitment company. Dixie has been with Trinnovo Group since November 2020 and has held the position of Trainee Recruitment Consultant since August 2022.

Dixie is passionate about building diversity and inclusion in the workplace and is committed to innovative DEI solutions. Dixie is a strong advocate for the success of people and purpose before profit.

Dixie's recent awards and accreditations include Tiara's 2020 'Best Company to Work for (£20-£50m)', ISO 9001 Certification, and Investors in People - Gold 2022.

Dixie Rowley has a degree in Media Studies from the University of Brighton and A Levels from Ralph Allen Sixth Form. Dixie also has GCSEs from Ralph Allen School.

Dixie Rowley reports to James Cox, CEO and Co-founder. They work with Jack Watterson Burnell - Recruitment Consultant, R&D, James Bayliss - Recruitment Consultant, Technical Operations, and James Hume - Team Leader, Cell & Gene Therapy.
