Suzana Savvi

Suzana Savvi is a Senior Bioinformatician at Biotangents Ltd since April 2021. Prior to this role, at The University of Edinburgh, Suzana served as a Data Scientist. Previously, Suzana worked at Cape Town AI as a Junior Data Scientist from June 2019 to November 2020. Suzana has also held the title of Postdoctoral Research Fellow at UCT Institute of Infectious Disease and Molecular Medicine from 2009 to 2011. Suzana holds a Master's degree in Bioinformatics and Data Science from the University of Cape Town, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Medical Microbiology and Bacteriology from the University of the Witwatersrand.
