Michael Albo

Michael Albo serves as the Senior Director of Customer Experience & Inside Sales at Biote since July 2025, focusing on enhancing customer strategies in collaboration with commercial teams. Prior to this role, Michael was the Director of Marketing at Volition Veterinary, where responsibilities included developing marketing strategies that aligned with corporate goals and establishing a compelling brand identity. Michael's extensive experience includes a tenure at Virbac as Vice President of Communications & Customer Service, leading corporate communications while managing a significant budget and team, and previously holding the role of Director of Marketing Communications. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions at Nestlé Purina North America, Catalyst Marketing Studios, and McClatchy Media. Michael earned an MBA in Marketing from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University, complemented by an Advanced Management Program in Leadership & Strategy from EDHEC Business School.
