Webster Lodge's work experience includes serving as the Area Vice President of Sales at Biote since October 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an Aesthetic & Medical Sales Consultant at Ellman International, Inc. from January 2014 to October 2019. They also had roles as a Senior Sales Representative and Sales at Cynosure, Inc. in 2014. Their earliest experience was as an Aesthetic & Medical Consultant at Advanced Aesthetic Concepts from August 2003 to August 2013.

Webster Lodge obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Palm Beach Atlantic University in the years 1999 to 2003. Later, from 2003 to 2006, Webster Lodge pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General, also at Palm Beach Atlantic University.
