Hannah Esbenshade

Hannah Esbenshade, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Sr Director of Total Rewards and HR Systems at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization since January 2025. Previously, Hannah held the position of Director of People at RSI, overseeing corporate HR processes for US and Canada employees and providing consultant support to uAvionix. Hannah’s extensive HR experience includes roles as a Senior Human Resources Manager and HR Management Consultant at Helios HR, a Senior Benefits Analyst at General Dynamics Information Technology, and an HR Manager at SC3. Early in the career, Hannah served in various HR and accounting roles in organizations such as Northern Virginia Community College, the State of Alaska, and Wells Fargo. Education includes attendance at New England College and Yakutat High School.
