Jack Geisser

Jack Geisser has a strong background in healthcare policy and government relations. Jack has held various leadership roles in different organizations throughout their career. From 2017 to present, they have been the Senior Director of Healthcare Policy, Medicaid, and State Initiatives at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization. In this role, they lead federal and state policy efforts on various programs and oversees the State Policy function. Prior to this, Jack served as the Director of Healthcare Policy, Medicaid, and State Initiatives at the same organization from 2017 to 2019. Jack also has experience at Eisai US, where they worked as the Associate Director of State Policy from 2008 to 2017, and at PhRMA, where they were the Director of State Policy from 2001 to 2007. Jack Geisser's earlier career includes roles at the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy and Williams and Jensen, where they worked as the Director of Government Relations and Legislative Analyst, respectively.

Jack Geisser earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from Saint Anselm College in 1992. Jack then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Political Science, focusing on Public Policy & International Relations, at the University of Rhode Island from 1992 to 1994. In 2007, they obtained a Certificate in TEFL-TESOL from TEFL International.
