Imelda Lam

Imelda Lam is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Biotheryx, Inc. since November 2017, Imelda has held various positions including Scientist II and Scientist I. Prior to that, Imelda was a Senior Research Associate at PharmAkea Therapeutics from 2013 to August 2017 and worked as a Senior Research Associate at Celgene from June 2012 to April 2013. Earlier, Imelda contributed to research at Arena Pharmaceuticals as an Associate Scientist, and at Chromagen, Inc. as a Research Associate. The career commenced at Union Carbide Corporation as a Research Associate and included an initial role as a Synthesis Chemist at Neutron Therapies. Imelda holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
