Michael H. Mulroy

Michael Mulroy is an experienced corporate leader currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for Lineage Cell Therapeutics since 2014 and as President of Mulroy Advisors, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in corporate development and investor relations. Previous roles include President and Chief Executive Officer at Asterias Biotherapeutics from 2017 to 2019, and serving as Executive Vice President of Strategic Affairs & General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer & General Counsel at Questcor Pharmaceuticals from 2011 to 2014.
