Paul Levesque is an experienced operations manager with a robust background in the food service industry. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at BIOTRANS LLC since August 2017, Paul previously held various leadership roles at Papa Gino's for nearly two decades, including Director of Operations, Training Area Manager, and District Manager. Prior experience includes Store Manager at Boston Concessions Group and Operations Manager at Marriott Host International. Paul holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Bunker Hill Community College, completed between 1985 and 1987.
