Jim Buteau

Jim Buteau has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade, mainly in billing, collections, and operations management roles. Jim started as a Bar Manager in Dekhockey Beauport from 2012 to 2014 before joining Partners In Credit Inc. as a Debt Collector in 2015. At ARO Inc., they served as a Collections Supervisor from 2015 to 2017, a Collections Manager from 2017 to 2019, and a Directeur, Opérations from 2019 to 2021. In 2021, they joined Bell as a Manager, Billing and Collections - Bell Business Markets, moving up to Senior Manager (Acting), Billing and Collections - Bell Business Markets before taking up the role of Manager, Billing and Collections - Bell Business Market from May 2022 to June 2023. Currently, Jim Buteau works as the Billing Operations Manager at Biotricity Inc. since June 2023.
