Axel Steiof

Axel Steiof is an experienced regulatory affairs professional with a strong background in the medical technology industry. Currently serving as the Director of Regulatory Affairs at BIOTRONIK since December 2017, Axel has previously held the position of Director of Global Regulatory Affairs at Zimmer Biomet from July 2015 to October 2017 and at Biomet from October 2012 to June 2015. Axel holds a Diplom in Biomedizintechnik/Medizintechnik from Technische Universität Berlin and completed a program at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in 2012.
