Frank Busch has a extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Frank started their career at Tigges Edelstahlschrauben in 1994, where they worked as the Leiter Arbeitsvorbereitung until 1996. Frank then joined Procter & Gamble - The Gillette Company in 1997 as a Junior Manager Plastic Molding, and later worked as a Manager Plastic Molding, Leiter Organisationsentwicklung, Program Manager, and Value Stream Manager Mach 3 Assembly. In 2008, they joined BIOTRONIK as the Director Leads Manufacturing, and later took on roles as the Director Active Implants, Director Production Technology, and Vice President Operations BU CRM. Their most recent position at BIOTRONIK started in January 2024.
Frank Busch earned a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Maschinenbau - Produktionssystematik from RWTH Aachen University, where they studied from 1987 to 1993. Frank also obtained a Certificate in General Management from CEDEP - Executive Development in Fontainebleau in 2001. In 2013 to 2015, Frank Busch pursued further education in Mediation und Coaching at Freie Universität Berlin, earning the degree of Mediator und Coach.
