Ofelia Casella

Ofelia Casella is an experienced sales leader in the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors, currently serving as Regional Sales Director at BIOTRONIK since October 2020. In this role, Ofelia manages, coaches, and mentors a team of sales professionals to enhance sales and market share for the Cardiac Rhythm Management portfolio. Previously, Ofelia spent 15 years at Boston Scientific as a Senior Sales Representative, where responsibilities included growing sales and providing clinical insights to healthcare professionals. Ofelia's career began in pharmacy management with roles at Terry White Chemists and Rockingham Beach Pharmacy, where significant operational improvements and sales growth were achieved. Ofelia holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Curtin University and completed a negotiation course at Harvard Business School in 2003.
