Ramon Carrasquillo

Ramon Carrasquillo has a diverse work experience starting from 1998 until the present. Ramon has held various roles in different companies. Ramon began their career as an Account Manager and Technical Recruiter at Aerotek/TEKsystems, where they successfully grew the territory's revenue. Next, they worked at Robert Half International as a Technical Recruiter, identifying candidates for employment. Ramon then joined Dell, Inc as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Recruiter, responsible for staffing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers. At St. Jude Medical, they served as a Recruiting Manager, Director of Training and Recruiting, and Director of Human Resources, where they focused on recruitment, development, and HR functions. Their most recent position is in BIOTRONIK, where they have held roles as Vice President of Sales for different areas, leading sales teams and implementing selling strategies. Additionally, they were also the Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Development.
