Ritu Witmer

Ritu (Saxena) Witmer is an experienced professional in strategy and planning, currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Planning and Sales Analytics at BIOTRONIK since May 2021. Prior to this role, Ritu held the position of Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Oscar Health from November 2020 to May 2021 and worked at Deloitte as a Manager in Strategy and Operations Consulting for Life Sciences and Healthcare from October 2016 to November 2020. Earlier career experiences include internships at Johnson & Johnson and The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies, as well as research roles at Penn State University and Fox Chase Cancer Center. Ritu holds an MBA with specializations in Supply Chain, Strategic Leadership, and Marketing, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, both from Penn State University.
