Steffen Neumeyer

Steffen Neumeyer has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies. Steffen has held various roles in different industries, showcasing their versatility and adaptability.

Starting in 1992, Neumeyer worked at Siemens AG as a System Software Developer and Team Leader until 1996. Steffen then transitioned to project management roles within Siemens AG, serving as a Project Manager from 1997 to 1998 and as the Head of R&D Accounting for Mobile Packet Data Services from 1998 to 2003. Additionally, they held the position of Project Leader for GGSN (Gateway GPRS Support Node) from 2000 to 2003, and later assumed the role of R&D Line Manager from 2003 to 2007.

After their time at Siemens AG, Neumeyer joined Nokia Siemens Networks in 2008 as a Program Manager, leading multi-site product creation and maintenance program management teams. Steffen successfully orchestrated program activities and managed external interfaces to achieve program goals.

In 2012, Neumeyer joined Bombardier Transportation as a Senior Specialist in IS Project Management. Steffen managed a diverse portfolio of IS/IT projects, focusing on areas such as Infrastructure, Data Center, Workplace, and Applications. Neumeyer led project activities with multi-cultural teams and external suppliers, while also implementing Project Management Best Practices.

Neumeyer later transitioned to BIOTRONIK, where they held several roles starting in 2018. Steffen served as a Senior IT Program Manager from 2018 to 2019, leading various projects and ensuring their successful execution. Steffen then took on the position of Senior Manager Team Salesforce, overseeing the global rollout and management of Salesforce for Sales, Marketing, and Service teams. Additionally, they became the Director of IT – CoE Business Solutions, leading an internal team and external resources to deliver IT business applications and solutions, including the development of web-based applications for different business functions.

Throughout their career, Neumeyer consistently demonstrated their ability to lead teams, manage projects, and implement best practices. Their experience spans multiple industries and areas of expertise, showcasing their adaptability and strong skill set in IT and project management.

Steffen Neumeyer holds a Degree in Engineering from Technische Universität Dresden, where they studied in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from 1987 to 1992. Steffen has also obtained multiple certifications including ITIL® Foundation from APM Group Limited, Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute, Inc., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, Inc., and another Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in 2011.
