Jan Henk Hendriks

Jan Henk Hendriks has extensive experience in leadership roles in the chemical industry. Jan Henk is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Biotts, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President Global Sales at Noramco™ from February 2017 until June 2023. From August 2011 to January 2017, Henk Hendriks held the role of Vice President Consumer Specialties EMEA at Ashland. Jan Henk also served as the Vice President Global Sales Care Specialties at ISP from July 2010 to August 2011. Before that, they were the Managing Director at Dievole SpA from 2009 to 2010. Henk Hendriks held the position of Director Specialty Polymers Group Asia/Pacific at AkzoNobel from January 2007 to September 2009. Prior to that, they had roles at National Starch & Chemical (ICI) including Director Personal Care Europe, Middle East & Africa from 2003 to 2007 and Business Development Manager Elotex North America from 2000 to 2003.

Jan Henk Hendriks completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Chemical Process Technology at the University of Twente from 1988 to 1995. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) specializing in General and Strategic Management at the Maastricht School of Management from 1999 to 2001.
