Ismail Biougnach started their work experience in 2010 as a Sales Intern at Biougnach Electro in Meknes, Morocco. In 2011, they worked as a Commercial Intern at Xerox in Casablanca, Morocco. In 2012, they became a Purchasing Intern at Kitea. In 2013, they worked as a Language Partner at the Arabic Flagship Program at the University of Maryland. In 2014, they were a Web Marketing intern at Raymond James Financial Inc. Since 2015, they have been working at Biougnach, first as a Chief Marketing Officer and later as the Chief Operating Officer, which they started in November 2016.
Ismail Biougnach began their education at Central Piedmont Community College from 2010 to 2012, where they pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Following this, they attended the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business from 2012 to 2014.
