Kyle Bigelow has extensive experience in IT infrastructure management and operations. Kyle is currently the Head of IT Infrastructure at BioUrja Group, where they manage a global team and is responsible for all IT and OT operations. Kyle has also held the role of IT Operations Manager at BioUrja Group, where they built a strong IT department and improved infrastructure availability.
Prior to their current position, Kyle worked as an Infrastructure Manager at Spark Energy, where they led a team responsible for managing all infrastructure systems and personnel. Kyle also worked as a Server Team Lead/Infrastructure Architect at Express Energy, where they implemented best practices and provided daily leadership to the IT team.
Kyle's earlier experience includes roles such as Infrastructure Manager at GL Noble Denton, Systems Administrator at WCA Waste Corporation Inc, and Technology Consultant at N2KSystems. Kyle also worked as an independent technology consultant for local businesses and as a Help Desk Analyst at Texas A&M University.
Before starting their career in IT, Kyle gained valuable internship experience at Universal Ensco, where they worked in the Systems Department, as a Drafting Intern, and as a Survey Equipment Manager Intern.
Throughout their career, Kyle has demonstrated expertise in infrastructure architecture, project management, and team leadership.
Kyle Bigelow obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University from 1999 to 2003. Before that, they completed their high school education at Spring Woods High School from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, Kyle has obtained several certifications, including the Certified Cybersecurity Architect (CCSA) from ecfirst in September 2022, NTS-2001-1 Nimble Introduction & Administration from Nimble Storage in May 2017, VCA-DCV - Datacenter Virtualization from VMWare in October 2013, Dell Compellent Advanced Administrator from Dell Education Services in December 2013, and the Microsoft Exam 070-290 Managing and Maintaining a Windows Server 2003 Environment and Microsoft Exam 070-291 Implementing, Managing, and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Network Infrastructure from Microsoft in December 2003 and 2005 respectively.
