Ajay Kulkarni

Ajay Kulkarni is an accomplished finance and information technology professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Information Technology at Biovation Labs, LLC since December 2011, Ajay oversees software services and product deliveries, while leading technological initiatives and optimizing systems across inventory, manufacturing, and distribution. Previous experience includes serving as Head of Information Technology at Reliance Capital, where Ajay managed IT for multiple business sectors and maintained critical IT infrastructure and security. Earlier roles include Project Manager at 3i Infotech Ltd and Selectica India Pvt Ltd, as well as leadership positions in finance at several organizations, beginning with an Executive role at Boots Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Ajay holds multiple professional certifications in management accounting and information systems, along with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai.
