James Talavs

James Talavs is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the medical device industry. Currently serving as the Capital Sales Manager for the West Region at Bioventus since January 2024, Talavs previously owned and managed Complete Game Medical, LLC, an independent distributor of niche medical products for neuro, spine, and ENT surgical applications from January 2022 to January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Sales Manager for Robotics and Technology at Zimmer Biomet from December 2020 to December 2021, and Territory Sales Manager at Stryker from January 2007 to December 2020. James Talavs holds a degree from Portland State University.
