Rhonda Payne

Rhonda Payne, CCP, PHR, is currently serving as the Senior Compensation Manager at Bioventus. Prior to this role, Rhonda gained experience in compensation analysis at Allscripts, Duke Clinical Research Institute, and Duke University. Rhonda also worked as a Benefits Specialist and Equity Compensation Specialist at Red Hat, as well as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst at Cree.
