Shannon Kiefer

Shannon Kiefer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shannon began their career in 2012 as a Receptionist at Kbella Hair and Salon, where they worked until 2015. In 2019, Shannon joined Eye Care One Optometry as a Receptionist, where they were responsible for preparing and verifying vision insurance for patients, submitting prescription orders, and maintaining medical coding. Shannon worked in this role until September 2021. Simultaneously in 2019, Shannon also worked as a Waitress at Cello Italian Restaurant until July 2022. From June 2022 to April 2023, Shannon worked as an Administrator at Ann Arbor Plastic Surgery. Currently, they are working as an Inside Sales Representative at BioVigil, starting from April 2023.

Shannon Kiefer obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Baker College between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they acquired an Associate's degree in General Studies from Lansing Community College, with the completion year being 2019. Shannon also studied Pre-Nursing Studies at Western Michigan University from 2015 to 2017, although they did not receive a degree in this field.
