Brendon Bale

Brendon Bale is an experienced leader currently serving as the CEO of Chirpea since October 2023, focusing on elevating brands and campaigns. As the Founder and Director of Green Gazelles Rugby Club since June 2018, Brendon leads a vibrant community promoting compassion and sustainability through rugby, engaging over 250 players worldwide, with an upcoming event, The Big Green Clash, scheduled for September 8, 2024. Previous roles include CEO at Vegan-Friendly from April 2023 to January 2024, Sponsorship Engagement Officer for the UK Armed Forces Rugby Union from January 2022 to February 2023, and Founder and Director of SHAPE Barbarians RFC from June 2016 to September 2018. Brendon also has a background in sports coaching from Center Parcs between July 2007 and October 2009 and holds a Uni Short Course in the Business of War & Terrorism from Staffordshire University.
