Silas Machado has a diverse range of work experience spanning different industries and roles. Silas started their career as an Operator of Manufacturing at Bosch Brasil in 2010 and worked there until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Sales Consultant for Fuliagro Insumos Agrícolas. Silas then became an Independent Sales Representative from 2015 to 2018.

In 2018, Silas took up an internship as a Research and Development Intern at Sumitomo Chemical: Group Companies of the Americas. Silas then joined Indofil Brasil as a Technical Sales Representative in 2019. In the same year, they transitioned to Coopercitrus, where they worked as a Technical Commercial Consultant until 2021.

From 2021 to 2022, Silas worked at Auravant as a Commercial Representative, responsible for prospecting and sales in the agribusiness sector. Silas also worked on product development and collaborated with international teams.

Currently, they are working at BiOWiSH Technologies as a Tech Service Agronomist & Sales Marketing, focusing on providing technical support and marketing services.

Silas Machado's education history begins in 2014 when they enrolled at the Centro Regional Universitário de Espirito Santo do Pinhal. Silas pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and graduated in 2018 with a degree in Agronomic Engineering. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2009, they studied at ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo, where they obtained a Technical degree in Agricultural Production.

Silas furthered their education by pursuing an MBA in Sales Management at MBA USP/Esalq from 2020 to 2022. This specialization program focused on areas such as Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing.

Additionally, Silas has obtained various certifications and completed several training programs throughout their career. These include certifications in Transportation of Dangerous Goods, Personalized Sales Training, Fungicide Dynamics in Plants, Technical Details and Positioning of Multiple-site Protective Fungicides, Mode and Mechanism of Action of Fungicides, and Multiple-site Protective Fungicides by Indofil. Silas also completed programs in Agro Growth, Safety in Operation of Agricultural Machinery and Implements, Safety in Application and Handling of Agrochemicals, Basic Course in Drip Irrigation, and the Coffee Segment Program offered by SEBRAE.

Moreover, Silas has participated in training sessions on Drone Usage in Agriculture, Coffee Classification and Tasting by SENAR, Physiological Nutritional Strategy for Coffee by TRADECORP, Control of Devastating Citrus Diseases by FMC Agricultural, Plant Nutritional Treatment Testing, Rural Management by Agrosebrae SEBRAE, Certification as a Competitiveness Tool by SEBRAE, and the National Conference on Rural Technical Assistance and Rural Extension.
