Eliazar Blanco

Eliazar Blanco is an experienced professional in the fields of entomology and agricultural science, currently serving as the Technical Services Manager at BioWorks since June 2019, after previously holding the position of Senior Technical Services Specialist. Prior to joining BioWorks, Eliazar worked as a Production Entomologist at bioline by InVivo and Bioline Agrosciences from October 2017 to June 2019. Career beginnings included roles as a Crop Protection Specialist at Greenhouses Lefort Inc., an Information Manager at Instituto de Ecología y Sistemática, an Entomologist at Centro Nacional de Sanidad Vegetal, and a Research Associate at Instituto de Investigaciones de Sanidad Vegetal. Eliazar holds a PhD in Agronomy and Crop Science from the Agricultural University of Havana and an Agronomist degree from Universidad Agraria de La Habana.
