Hayley Perez

Hayley Perez is a seasoned product development professional with extensive experience in the apparel industry. Currently serving as Product Development Supervisor at BIOWORLD MERCHANDISING since July 2019, Hayley oversees a team of four product developers, manages staff training for a new PLM system, and has successfully reduced sample lead time from five weeks to two weeks. Prior roles include Sr. Product Developer and Product Development Coordinator at Sew Concepts, where Hayley focused on business consulting and process improvement. Previous experience includes positions at RVCA, Hybrid Apparel, Fox Head, Inc., and VOLCOM, encompassing responsibilities from production coordination to development, and collaboration with design and merchandising teams. Hayley holds an Associate of Arts degree in Merchandise Product Development from FIDM.
