Karen Lucia

Karen Lucia has extensive work experience in sales, merchandising, and buying. Karen currently holds the position of Senior Director of Sales at BIOWORLD MERCHANDISING, where they have been working since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the roles of Director of Sales, Sr. National Accounts Sales Manager, and National Account Sales Manager at the same company. Before joining BIOWORLD MERCHANDISING, Karen worked as a Senior Buyer at Spencer Gifts from April 2006 to December 2008. Karen also worked as a Buyer Designer and Private Brand Handbags and Wallets at The Bon Ton Stores Inc. in 2005 and as a Buyer Jewelry and Watches at The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. from February 2001 to January 2005. Earlier in their career, Karen served as a Store Manager and Buyer at Inferno Philadelphia from May 1993 to May 1997.

Karen Lucia attended Villa Joseph Marie High School. Karen later went on to study Fashion Merchandising at Philadelphia University, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree.
