Dawn Hicks

Dawn Hicks has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at BIOWORLD MERCHANDISING since November 2015, following a tenure as Director of Human Resources. Prior to this, Dawn held the position of Director of Talent Management at Oak Mortgage Group for a brief period in 2015 and served as HR Manager at SUCCESS Partners from November 2012 to August 2015. Dawn's career began in the benefits field, with significant roles such as Manager of Health & Welfare Benefits at Commercial Metals Company and Benefits Manager at Sally Beauty Company, among others. Dawn holds a BAS and MAOM in Communication and Organizational Management with a focus on HR from Dallas Baptist University.
