Patricia (Thompson) Zdanis MBA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Patricia is currently a Senior Manager - Clinical Trial Accounting at BioXcel Therapeutics, Inc. In their previous role as a Business Analyst at Apex Systems, they were responsible for implementing cost accounting software across multiple Kaiser Permanente regions. Prior to that, Patricia worked as a Senior Consultant at EPSi / Strata Decision Technology, where they designed and implemented financial analysis applications for client hospitals. Patricia also has experience as a Manager of Decision Support & Data Analytics at Yale New Haven Health, where they managed cost accounting and analytics functions. Earlier in their career, Patricia worked at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as an Associate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, and at Covidien (Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies Group) in various financial planning and analysis roles. Patricia has a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, and is skilled in utilizing financial systems and tools to provide insights and support decision-making.

Patricia (Thompson) Zdanis MBA began their education at Southern Connecticut State University in 1980, where they studied Accounting. Patricia then transferred to the University of Connecticut School of Business in 1982 and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1984. Patricia further pursued their education at the University of New Haven from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.
