Scott Pressly has over 30 years of experience in the business industry. Scott began their career in 1988 as a Process Engineer at Dow Chemical. In 1995, they became a Financial Analyst at The Walt Disney Company and a Volunteer Business Consultant at MBA Enterprise Corps. In 1997, they became the Vice President Acquisitions and Development at U.S. Franchise Systems. From 2001 to 2008, they were a Partner at Roark Capital, where they evaluated hundreds of franchise companies for potential acquisition and was responsible for sourcing and closing multiple investments. From 2008 to 2018, they were a Partner & Co-Founder at BIP CAPITAL. Since 2018, they have been a Managing Director at 10 Point Capital. Scott has also served as the Past Chairman Supplier Board of Directors for the International Franchise Association.

Scott Pressly obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida between 1984 and 2000. Scott was a Research Associate at the Technical University of Munich from 1988 to 1998. In 1993 and 1995, they obtained an MBA in Finance from Harvard Business School.
