Brittney Hanks

As Senior Manager of Member Services, Brittney Hanks is responsible for optimizing the member experience and working with BIPAC members to develop strong and effective grassroots, PAC, and voter education programs. She advises members across a wide range of industries and provides guidance on engaging employees and stakeholders in the political process.

Brittney brings a diverse skillset encompassing ten years of experience in corporate PAC management, client relations, sales, and marketing. Formerly, Brittney managed the PAC at Direct Energy in Houston, TX. In this role, she revitalized a stagnant PAC, doubling the membership which tripled the candidate contributions. This position also allowed her to integrate with the communications department where she pivoted into public relations and marketing. After relocating to Florida, Brittney advanced her public relations knowledge at Newswire where she managed PR activities for over 100 clients by writing personalized media pitches and educating them on best practices. Immediately prior to joining BIPAC, Brittney worked as the sole sales and marketing professional at Jack Ward Fire Consultants. Here, she developed and implemented initiatives that increased sales volume across nine states by one-quarter of total company revenue annually. She joined the BIPAC team in 2022.

Brittney holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She and her husband Rhett reside in Ormond Beach, FL.
