Jonathan Collum

As Director of Information Services, Jonathan Collum is responsible for managing BIPAC’s technology development and security.

A BIPAC alum from 2014 to 2017, Jonathan previously worked for Bayer in their government relations office and most recently oversaw technology at the Council for the Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP).

Jonathan’s background in PACs, grassroots, and corporate government relations provides a foundation for understanding the technology needs of BIPAC members in encouraging employees and stakeholders to engage in the political process.

Jonathan holds a B.A. in Psychology from Kansas State University and an M.A. in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University.
