As Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff, Kim Durcho supports the President & CEO in decision-making, project management, and ensuring that the components of the BIPAC member experience – Member Services, Technology, PAC and Grassroots Advisory, Political Resources, and the Action Fund – remain aligned to best serve the members and attract new ones.

Kim’s background in political campaigns and strategic communications allows her to help BIPAC members navigate the nuances of political engagement and effectively message the importance of grassroots and PAC programs to employees and stakeholders.

Prior to working at BIPAC, Kim worked for a government relations firm in Pennsylvania and acted as Finance Director for a congressional campaign in Maryland. She joined the BIPAC team in 2015 and has worked in a variety of roles.

Kim holds a B.A. in English with a minor in business from Millersville University and a Master of Public Administration with a certificate in Human Resources Management from Penn State University. In 2020, she completed the WeLead Training Program through the Women & Politics Institute at American University.
