Mayealie Adams is the current Director at BIPAC. Prior to their current position, they held various positions in Government Affairs for companies such as Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation (WBL), Philips, PNC, and FedEx. In their previous roles, they were responsible for leading stakeholder engagement on health disparities, sustainability, tax, tech, and access to care policy issues. Mayealie also fostered relationships that drove impact with members of congress, the white house & administrative agencies, advocacy groups, trade associations and think tanks. In their role at PNC, they also managed compliance with federal, state, and local campaign finance laws, congressional and executive branch ethics regulations, lobbying registration and disclosure laws.

Mayealie Adams has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Business from George Mason University - School of Business, Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, and American University Washington College of Law. Mayealie also has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in International Law from the University of Akron School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Double Major: Government & International Politics; Spanish Language from George Mason University. Mayealie is certified from the State of Maryland as a Licensed Attorney.
