Natalia Ivony

Natalia Ivony has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. Natalia is currently the Head of Sales and Operations at bipi (YC W22), a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at what3words as a Partnership Lead from May 2022 to April 2023.

From June 2021 to May 2022, Natalia was the FMCG Category Lead at Shopee, where they managed Mom and Baby Official Store partners, overseeing campaigns and initiatives to grow Shopee's FMCG business. Before that, they worked at Lingumi from November 2020 to October 2021, playing a key role in international market expansion and customer acquisition in Indonesia.

Natalia also has experience in the consumer goods sector, having worked at Mars from 2015 to 2019. Their roles at Mars included Sales Operations Manager, Business Development Manager, and various territory sales lead positions. Natalia was responsible for sales and distribution, customer relationship management, and launching new business projects.

Prior to Mars, Natalia worked at PT Amerta Indah Otsuka from 2013 to 2015, where they held roles such as Head of Area in East Java and North Sulawesi. Natalia managed distributors, led sales teams, and oversaw daily operations and administrative tasks.

Early in their career, Natalia co-founded NEON English in 2010, a venture they were involved in until April 2013.

Natalia Ivony obtained their Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Universitas Negeri Semarang, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Natalia then pursued further education at Cranfield School of Management, earning their MSc degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from 2019 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Natalia also obtained a certification in "Excel: Power Query for Beginners" from LinkedIn in April 2021.
