Nathalia Berger

Nathalia B. currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Birch Family Services, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Nathalia B. was the Executive Director of Human Resources at NYC School Support Services, overseeing a substantial team serving over 8,000 unionized employees across New York City public schools. Nathalia B. has also held various positions in academia and nonprofit organizations, including a role as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Long Island University and Director of Human Resources at Heaven's Hands Community Services, where responsibilities included managing HR for a Medicaid-funded nonprofit.
