Paula Newman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and workforce development. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Workforce Development and Training at Birch Family Services since July 2017, Paula oversees the professional training of over 900 employees, ensuring compliance with federal regulations for support professionals working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum.
