Joe Doenz

Joe Doenz, CPA, has extensive experience in the accounting field, currently serving as a Senior Operations & Strategic Planning Accountant at Birchcliff Energy Ltd. since May 2014. Joe has held various positions at Birchcliff, including Financial Analyst, Intermediate Operations Accountant, and Intermediate Production Accountant. Additionally, Joe has been a Senior Financial Accountant (Secondee) at Rockies LNG since March 2020. Prior experience includes working as a Production Accountant at CNRL from February 2012 to June 2014 and as a General Accountant at Insignia Energy Limited from January 2010 to February 2012. Joe obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Victoria and completed Level 5 of Production Accounting through the Canadian Association of Petroleum Production Accountants. Joe is a Chartered Professional Accountant, certified between 2017 and 2020.
