Michelle R. possesses extensive experience in human resources and advocacy, currently serving as Co Chair of the Birchcliff Equality & Advocacy Committee at Birchcliff Energy Ltd. since June 1997. This role focuses on providing a safe forum for women at Birchcliff to critically analyze workplace issues. Prior to this, Michelle held the position of Manager of Human Resources & Corporate Services at Irving Oil from 1988 to 1997.
