Stacey McDonald

Stacey McDonald, ICD.D, is an accomplished financial executive and board member with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently, Stacey serves on the Board of Directors at Birchcliff Energy Ltd. as an independent director and actively participates in various committees including Audit, Compensation, Nominating, and Reserves Evaluation. Additionally, as Chief Financial Officer at Western Indigenous Pipeline Group since October 2020, Stacey is involved in managing an Indigenous-led partnership focused on acquiring full ownership of the Trans Mountain Pipeline. Stacey also holds a position on the Board of Directors at Bonterra Energy Corp, where responsibilities include chairing the Audit Committee. Prior experience includes a role as Managing Director at GMP Securities, specializing as an institutional equity analyst for the upstream sector.
