Jody Ledoux

Jody Ledoux has a diverse and extensive work history in the construction industry. Beginning in 2003, Jody worked as a Project Superintendent for Westbrrok Housing. From 2005 to 2007, Jody served as a Lead Project Superintendent for The Douglas Company. In 2007, Jody joined AvalonBay Communities as a Lead Project Superintendent until 2009. Jody then worked as a Construction Manager for First Hartford Corporation from January 2010 to June 2010, and later as a Construction Manager for The Sterling Group from September 2010 to February 2012. Jody also held the position of Director of State Assets at the Maine State Planning Office from February 2012 to July 2012, where they provided construction expertise for facility planning. Currently, Jody holds the title of Sr. Construction Project Manager at Birchstone Residential since February 2022.
