Willis Fussell, NASCLA Candidate

Willis Fussell has a diverse work experience in various roles within the construction industry. Willis began their career as a Sales Representative at PROFESSIONAL LOCATORS, LLC in 2011 before transitioning to a Team Leader and Transition Trainer at Fresh Beginnings/Elead CRM in 2013. In 2016, they pursued a role as an Inside Sales Account Manager at Allpro Services before transitioning again to a Construction Superintendent at Teshuva Services LLC in 2017.

Fussell then took on the role of Lead Construction Superintendent at SouthCore Construction, Inc. in 2020, where they worked until 2021. During their time at SouthCore Construction, they also served as a Project Manager from 2021 to 2021.

In 2021, Fussell joined The Life Properties as a Regional Manager of Construction, where they remained until 2022. Following this role, they were the Director of Construction at Meridian Management Group, LLC from March 2022 to September 2022. Currently, they serve as a Project Manager at Birchstone Residential starting from September 2022.

Throughout their career, Fussell has gained valuable experience in project management, construction supervision, account management, and sales.
