Sonam Mathuria has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Sonam started their career in 2011 as a Technical Support Specialist at Tecwhiz TechSoft LLC, where they provided tech support and on-call resolution to customers in the US. In 2014, they joined BirchStreet Systems, initially working as a Technical Support Specialist and later progressing to roles such as Escalation Engineer, Escalations Manager, Global Escalations Manager, and Product Manager. During their time at BirchStreet Systems, Sonam managed teams, provided technical and functional guidance, handled escalations, and delivered high-value strategic projects. Sonam has a track record of achieving high issue resolution rates and conducting training sessions. Sonam is currently working as an Associate Director of Product Management at BirchStreet Systems, where they continue to contribute their expertise and drive innovation in the hospitality industry.

Sonam Mathuria completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management - PGDBM with a focus on Marketing Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2020 to 2022.
