Vikaus Hassan Mir (MBA, PMP®)

Vikaus Hassan Mir has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and responsibilities. Vikaus Hassan started their career as a Technical Specialist at Afore Technical Services Pvt. Ltd., where they provided support for MS Office. After that, they joined BirchStreet Systems in 2016 as an Application Specialist, providing ERP Procure to Pay Client Support. Vikaus Hassan then progressed to the role of Escalation Engineer, where they focused on bug reporting. After that, they served as an Associate Program Manager, and later as a Program Manager, leading client/software implementation and delivery. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director at BirchStreet Systems, where they are responsible for creating standardized processes and procedures for new product deployments and transitioning from existing modules to new products. Throughout their career, Vikaus has been actively involved in requirement elicitation, deciphering business needs, and developing operation planning and strategy to ensure compliance-based services. Vikaus Hassan holds an MBA degree and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®).

Vikaus Hassan Mir holds an Executive MBA degree in Operations Management, Project Management, and International Business from Jamia Millia Islamia, which they pursued from 2020 to 2022. Previously, from 2011 to 2015, they attended the Model Institute of Engineering and Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Jammu University.

Before their undergraduate studies, Vikaus completed their higher secondary education at Sri Pratap Higher Secondary in 2008-2009 and SSM Higher Secondary in 2007-2008, both specializing in the science field. Vikaus Hassan graduated from Oak Hill Institute of Education with a high school diploma in 2007.

Additionally, Vikaus has acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skill set. Vikaus Hassan is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in December 2022. Vikaus Hassan also completed a PMP Certification Exam Prep Course with 35 PDU Contact Hours from Udemy in October 2022. Moreover, they hold a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) since September 2021.

Vikaus has further expanded their knowledge base through various online courses. Vikaus Hassan completed the "Learning Data Analytics" and "Remote Work Foundations" courses on LinkedIn in June 2020. In May 2020, they completed the "Tips for Working Remotely" course, also on LinkedIn. Furthermore, they attended a PMP® Certification Course and a PMP® Certification Training Course offered by Simplilearn in December 2019.

Among their other certifications, Vikaus obtained an "AI From the Data Center to the Edge – An Optimized Path Using Intel® Architecture" course completion certificate from Intel Corporation in October 2019. Vikaus Hassan also holds "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" certification from Google, which they acquired in November 2018. As part of their academic journey, they interned at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) in July 2014.
