Caitlin has extensive experience in designing and implementing training programs for employees across different sites, managing training teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve key performance indicators. Prior to their current role, Caitlin held positions at Bishop O'Gorman Catholic Schools, Sanford Health, and Central Michigan University, where Caitlin focused on creating innovative instructional content, international program coordination, and professional development for employees and students. Dr. Hamstra holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, an MA in Teaching English as a Second Language, and a BA in English Language and Literature.
