Lindsay Jenkins

Lindsay Jenkins is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Birchwood Foods since August 2025, Lindsay previously held HR Manager positions at Bob Evans Farms, Inc. from September 2018 to August 2025, where responsibilities included managing employee evaluations and hiring processes.
