William Alms

William Alms is an Associate Solicitor at Bird & Bird, specializing in public and private M&A, Venture Capital, and Equity Capital Markets since August 2018. Significant achievements include acting on Visa's disposal of EarthportFX Ltd for approximately £10 million. Prior experience includes a role as In-House Counsel at Virgin Management Limited during a six-month secondment, as well as roles as a Corporate Paralegal at Bird & Bird and Kemsley & Company Solicitors, along with various internships and roles in the legal field.
